We are recruiting for a Paid Social Exec to join the Search Marketing team. This agency is renowned for its client services and has ambitious growth plans. This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will be involved in devising cutting-edge paid social strategies.

You’ll work closely with the team to leverage data and insight to maximise campaign 表演 and communicate the results with our clients. We want someone who is driven and wants to grow within the digital world. 你会 report directly to the Head of Paid Social They will be responsible for the success of a portfolio of accounts and the day-to-day communication with their clients. We need someone who can live and breathe the values of our company and is ultimately driven to make an impact in the digital world by putting clients first. This role is not your average PS Exec role. This is about being a voice and vital central cog in the business. Learning from incredible colleagues and being fast tracked to a huge skill set.

• Build and deliver leading strategies across Facebook and Instagram, as well as secondary platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok和LinkedIn
• Be confident when managing and deploying budget across multiple campaigns and platforms
• Continuously analyse and optimise campaign 表演 to ensure success KPIs are met
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients – client retention is at the forefront of our growth plans
• Lead and maintain strong client communication, sharing concise and actionable insight to aid the ongoing long-term strategies
• Have the confidence to work on and deliver strategies to assist with new business pitches
• Manage the onboarding and set-up process of new clients

你是

• Comfortable analysing data sets, explaining what results mean and what action can be taken
• Familiar with marketing funnels, attribution and conversion journeys
• Highly literate with a good ability to articulate complex ideas (about data, 表演, 技术, 等.)
• Always on the lookout for new opportunities that allow you to satisfy your test-and-learn mindset whilst delivering client success
• Interested in remaining up-to-date with ongoing changes within the social and digital industry
• Happy to communicate with clients whilst managing multiple accounts, 为每个人提供一流的服务
• Confident to question existing processes and happy to share your own ideas
• Happy to assist with the training and development of junior team members

• You have at least 3+ years working across within Paid Social
• You have at least 3+ years working within the eCom / DTC landscape
