Purpose of the Role

Ofcom’s People & 文化团队分为人文服务、卓越中心和商业伙伴团队. Each of Ofcom’s groups have a Business Partner, with the Head of the team responsible for their delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of group workforce plans
  • Guide and develops plans, strategies and priorities for the BP team, making sure to align to the wider Ofcom strategy

  • Thoroughly understand the organisational strategy, operational work and priorities, 并主动识别相关的人员影响和改进机会

  • Identify barriers, which prevent the organisation from operating effectively, and advise/implement strategies to minimise or remove these

  • Embed best practice D&I considerations in all people activities in the groups

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, high quality, and customer service in all that we do in P&C
  • Support the P&C Director and ER teams with senior and complex ER cases
  • Member of the P&C leadership team, bringing the voice of the organisation to P&C leadership and strategy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience partnering at a Senior Executive level
  • Proven track record of effective problem solving, able to filter, prioritise, analyse and validate potentially complex information and data

  • 具有变更管理和项目管理经验,包括组织重组, diversity and inclusion, policy formulation and planning, strengths-based approaches and culture change programmes
